Brewing advice
Here’s how we brew for the smooth, balanced flavor we’re known for:
- We recommend enjoying our coffee within 2–4 weeks of roasting.
- Coarse for French press, medium for drip or pour over, fine for espresso.
- About 2 tablespoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water.
- Brew between 195–205°F for optimal flavor.
- Most methods shine between 3–5 minutes; espresso pulls in 25–30 seconds.
