Brewing advice

Here’s how we brew for the smooth, balanced flavor we’re known for:

  • We recommend enjoying our coffee within 2–4 weeks of roasting.
  • Coarse for French press, medium for drip or pour over, fine for espresso.
  • About 2 tablespoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water.
  • Brew between 195–205°F for optimal flavor.
  • Most methods shine between 3–5 minutes; espresso pulls in 25–30 seconds.
